How to Shoot Good Video with DSLR that people like to watch. ( Introduction )

**In this I'm going to tell some major steps about Shooting with DSLR later on I'll be each one of them.**

The opposite of "GOOD IS OFF"

Whether you are filming a child's birthday party, business video or video for your school. Those video are not been watched which is not good even if you ask your employe , students , parents if video is not good it will get turn off.  Because today no one has time to watch bas videos ( if it's not good it's off)

Here are some steps to make your video look good now.

1. Think in Shots.

Look at these 4 shots

1.In a first scene , A dog in close up shot, lying on a rug shift his eyes in right side.

2.In a Second Shot the window has been shown which makes sense that weather outside is good.

3.In a third Shot dogs shifts his eyes to left.

4.In last Shot a man is sitting and reading a book.

Now if we see all shots it makes a story with understanding without dialogue.

Story: A dog is lying in a carpet and sees outside the window and wants to go outside so he turn his eyes towards a man so that man can take him outside.

Before using camera divide your story in shot. Make timing that which scene to be taken when as above we observe that 4 shots were unrelated to each other.

2. Keep your shots under 10 seconds long.

If you watch great videos, movies, television, you'll notice that with some deliberate exceptions, nobody uses shots that are more than 10 seconds long. Most are much shorter. These short are part of modern film language.

Shooting Shorter shots gives your video more impact.

3. Zoom with your feet.

To keep your camera from shaking, you could put it on a tripod instead of holding it. But for better video, don't use the zoom on your camera at all.
To get a great close-ups,set your lens all the way wide (i.e., no zoom), walk yourself physically closer to your subject, then shoot,When you stay on the wide end of the zoom lens, minor shaking becomes virtually invisible.

Note: Regarding the "digital zoom": Don't ever use it so called digital zooms don't see more than the camera's lens normally does. Instead, a computer chip in your camera blows up the picture, reducing it's quality. The more you blow it up, the worse it looks.

4. Keep the Lights behind you.

Modern video cameras, from cell phones to HD, adjust automatically for light. If the light is too bright, they close down the lens to let less in. Normally no problem for you the video camera . Your outdoor shots in bright light look great, and so do your indoor shots by candlelight.

5. Turn off the camera's Digital effects.

There is no digital video effect that your camera can do that you should allow it to do.Ever. If you Shoot nice clean video, you can always add a dorky effects like posterization later with one of many computer editing programs designed to do it. But if you shoot posterized video, you can never take it off. You are stuck forever.

Shoot all your footage normally, always. If you feel the need to "Night-vision","night-vision" it in your computer's editing program. That way, you'll still have the original,nice-looking footage just in case.

6. Focus on What interest You. Really interests you.
